VIS650 Manual Magnetic
.75 / .100Magnetic holding with a positive hold-down. Sizes 75 and 100 mm.
Every vise in the range shares one principle: clamp downward at 45°, hold the workpiece against the table, and never let the wire touch the fixture.
| Your situation | Recommended model | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Small plate, 0–100 mm thick | VIS653 / VIS652 | Ultra-thin body keeps the wire path clear |
| General small parts, manual setup | VIS650 / VIS660 | Compact, single-body, quick to change |
| Heavy workpiece, high clamping load | VIS663 / VIS665 | Power or slow-travel drive, up to 12 kg |
| Clamping from above | VIS664 | Vertical clamping action with lock-down |
| Thin plate or profile workpiece | VIS666 / VIS667 | Right-angle jaws, two-step clamp for thin stock |
| Many different parts, few setups | VIS680 / VIS684 | X / Y / Z adjustment — re-centre without removing |
| Many profiles from one purchase | VIS668 | Combination kit with multiple clamping faces |
| Round stock | VIS655 | Maraging steel jig clamp, 0–50 or 0–100 mm |
Compact aluminium bodies — VIS650 to VIS662

Magnetic holding with a positive hold-down. Sizes 75 and 100 mm.

Thin profile for slim, delicate parts. HRC 50–55 working faces.

Fixed thin vise in three jaw widths for different plate thicknesses.

Wide 0–100 mm opening with a workpiece-lift hold-down.

Stable front force body, 45° oblique downward clamping.

Fine slow-travel approach for larger workpieces.

Single-body accuracy with a hold-down against lift.

Robust manual vise, 5.9 kg, holds up to 8 kg.

SUS440 maraging steel clamp for round workpieces.
Higher clamping force — VIS663 to VIS667

Power-driven, 45° oblique downward force, up to 12 kg load.

Clamps from above with a screw-holder lock-down.

Two-pin lock-down, heavy duty, up to 10 kg load.

Pie-lock structure on the screw holder for quick clamping.

Two-step clamp for thin plate, usable left or right.

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel in imperial sizes.

Manual stainless vise for corrosive EDM environments.

Metric stainless tooling vise in five sizes.

Manual stainless tooling vise for die-frame work.
X / Y / Z adjustment — VIS680 to VIS686

The most important idea in the whole range. The vise attaches to the work stand once and the workpiece is then positioned in seconds — horizontally, vertically or in parallel — without removing the standard fastening accessories. Work speed increases because a new part no longer means rebuilding the setup.

Special bearings give fast horizontal centring of the workpiece.
Multi-face kits — VIS668, VIS693

A complete kit of right-angle clamping faces, blocks and screws. Strong, durable clamping with a wide jaw position range — one purchase covers square, stepped and profiled workpieces.
