Systematized fixturing, done properly
Fast, precise, effective — and delivered as one complete standard range rather than a drawer full of mismatched vises.
Why a standard range beats a custom part
Most shops do not have a fixturing problem. They have a standardisation problem. Vises arrive from four suppliers, none of them match the work stand, and every new job means a fresh setup that has to be re-figured out.
VEETOR builds a complete standard product series around one idea: every fixture shares the same mounting logic, the same material grades and the same hold-down principle. Once your team has learned one fixture, they have effectively learned all of them.
That is what systematized fixturing means in practice — a cell where a new part can be fixtured in minutes, on any station, with the same clamps and the same process every time.
| Commitment | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Fast | Quick clamping structures and adjustable vises that let a new workpiece be positioned in seconds rather than rebuilt from scratch. |
| Precise | Ground and lapped surfaces, flatness / parallelism / squareness held to 0.005 mm per 100 mm, with tolerance reports supplied. |
| Effective | Modular components that are reconfigured rather than replaced, cutting the number of fixtures a shop needs to own. |
Everything under one roof
A shop should not need four suppliers to fixture one wire-cut machine. The VEETOR range covers the vise, the bridge, the tooling and the platform beneath it — plus the service to repair and modify what you already own.
40+ standard models
Eight product families covering small manual vises through to modular bridges and work platforms.
Repair & modification
Existing fixtures are repaired, re-bored and adapted as your machines and parts change — rather than discarded.
Engineered to your machine
Bridges are cut to your table centre distance; hole patterns, jaws and clamping faces are configured to your parts.
Documented quality
Every custom assembly ships with a tolerance report, so accuracy is verifiable on your floor — not just claimed.
Consistent stock
Standard models are held ready, so a replacement vise arrives without a manufacturing lead time on the critical path.
Worldwide supply
Built for modern manufacturing industries competing in global markets — with the logistics to match.
From enquiry to installed fixture
Send the spec
Machine model, table centre distance, workpiece material, plus a drawing or photo of the part.
Fixture proposal
We recommend the vise or bridge combination and check clamping force and capacity against your cut.
Manufacture & inspect
Machined, ground and inspected, with a tolerance report issued for every custom assembly.
Service & modify
Return for repair, re-boring or adaptation as your machine and parts change over time.
Before you ask
What does "systematized fixturing" actually mean?
It means the fixtures in your cell are designed as one system rather than as unrelated parts. They share a mounting interface, a material specification and a clamping principle, so one fixture can be reconfigured to do another job — and a new operator only has to learn one way of working.
How do I know which bridge length I need?
The L dimension of a bridge corresponds to the centre distance of your machine's work table. Measure it, or send us the machine model, and we will supply the correct length with the hole pattern you require.
What is the difference between the aluminium and stainless vises?
Aluminium bodies are lighter and quick to machine — right for general-purpose work where parts change frequently. Stainless and maraging steel bodies (SUS440, HRC 50–55) are used where the fixture faces continuous wear or a corrosive dielectric environment. We will advise which suits your application.
What does the 0.2 mm leeway on adjustable vises mean?
After adjustment, a 0.2 mm clearance is provided so the fixture never interferes with the wire guide. If the substrate stopper obstructs the cut, it should be removed before machining.
Can you modify a fixture we already own?
Yes. Repair and modification is a core part of what we do — re-boring, re-cutting jaws and adapting hole patterns to suit new parts or a different machine.

Tell us which machines you run and what you cut. We will put together a fixture proposal from the standard range, sized to your tables.
